The Lord Jesus said, "The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor. He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed (Luke 4:18).The brokenhearted, the sick, the lonely, the prisoners, the poor, and the people in any other afflictions need to hear the Good News of the gospel. It is vital to help these people by preaching the word of God and sharing with them the love of God in a Christian practical way. Love, compassion, and knowledge of how to deal and talk with each category of the afflicted are needed. Many of the following different programs are considered to help according to the different needs:

· This program focuses on serving the poor through supplying humanitarian aids and financial assistance to the families and the churches in very poor areas.

· Assistance with family-based and employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant applications.
· Assistance with extensions and changes of non-immigrant status, applications for work authorization.
· Assistance to persons applying for residence and citizenship in the United States.
· Case management.
